Three bedrooms:- two double bedrooms, one with a 5ft bed, twin 3ft single beds in the third bedroom with lots of wardrobe and drawer space in all, all beds complete with duvet and pillows.
Brand new bathroom in 2011, large low level shower cubicle, wash-basin, toilet, luxury tiling etc.
For winter breaks large slimline night storage heating in the lounge and hall at an extra charge £12 per week. (Please order when making your booking). Electric wall-heater in the bathroom, kitchen and all bedrooms Flame-effect heater in the lounge with additional free-standing convector heaters. Two car off road parking with own drive. Blue Haze is fully double glazed giving extra comfort for early and late season bookings. This bungalow has all the comforts of home, fitted carpets throughout and is fully furnished and equipped.
All small to medium dogs are welcome at just £12 per week, maximum two pets

Two bedroom chalet B Terms - Sleeping 4 - 6
Located on California Road not far from one of Norfolk’s finest beaches. Approx. 4 and a half miles north of Great Yarmouth. It’s family fun entertainment all the way at the California Sands. As well as all the organized fun you’Il find amusements with latest video games, bowling alley, supermarket, gift shop, launderette, restaurant, fish & chip and last but by no means least the Dutchy’s Tavern. The Dutchy Tavern is located on Sunbeach with an 8ft televised screen to bring all the great sports action to life as well as live entertainment, great drinks and bar meals. Access to public transport with a bus stop at the park entrance and ample free parking. Great Yarmouth is just a 10 minute car ride and the fine city of Norwich approximately 20 miles away with access by car, bus or train The park is very handy for the Norfolk Broads (six miles) and all the other varied attractions of this superb holiday location.

Club Oasis opens early March at weekends only, then usually (depending on demand) full-time from April 1 to October 31. Entertainment programme for Easter, April 2 - 10 and Main Season, May 29 - September 25. Less entertainment at other times mainly at weekends. Children’s activities for Easter, Spring Bank Holiday and July 18th to early Sept. Less children’s activities at other times. Try "Big Fel1as" in "Club Oasis" for delicious meals and take - aways and a superb Sunday Carvery. Visit "Dutchy’s Tavern" on Sunbeach part of California Sands. Another venue free to all with great drinks and bar meals, Open March to late October.
*Heated swimming pool is free to use for A1 holiday guests staying at California Sands/Sunbeach. The pool will be available from May 21 through to Sept. 10. (barring an unavoidable problem)

This holiday park is a lovely select park, beautifully landscaped with lawned areas around the holiday homes kept well trimmed. the park itself is very quiet and tranquil with only a few commercial interest, a shop, a few amusements and a launderette. There is nothing to spoil the tranquility of this lovely park. There are a lot of places in Newport conveniently placed for the Sundowner Park there are night spots with entertainment, Bermuda Land has a superb cabaret club house and swimming pool available. There are numerous night spots in Newport which welcome you without membership and of course Beach Road in Hemsby is close by
Sunray Holiday Home:- Superior two bedroom, comfortable lounge with colour T.V. with freeview and DVD player, double bed settee, easy chair, dining suite, coffee table etc. One bedroom with double bed, the other has twin beds (we have one unit with two double bedrooms) Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The Lighthouse Field, Hermanus Holiday Centre, Winterton –on-Sea
Winterton is a lovely “Olde Worlde” village approx. 7 and half miles North of Great Yarmouth, the bright lights of Hemsby just a mile away. A quiet location with great walks across the rolling sand dunes down to a fantastic beach. A small supermarket, post office, fish & chips, a beach-side café and of course the“Fisherman’s Arms” The Hermanus Centre has several bars, some with entertainment mainly during the high sea season weeks. The “Highwayman” restaurant with panoramic sea-views, good value meals and bar snacks at value for money prices. Pets:- small to medium breed dogs at £10 per week (maximum two pets) Your pet is welcome on all dates except high season weeks, usually July 21st through to Sept. 1st. We have a strictly no pets bungalow on this park.

An ideal location for those without their own transport.
Three attractive terraced cottages of residential quality situated about half-way between the seafront and Yarmouth's market place and shopping centre. Just a few minutes from either one. The cottages are similar in many of their features. All have UPVC double glazing. There is an open plan lounge/dining area and stairs leading from the dining area to the bedrooms (being terraced cottages the staircases are a little steeper than normal and may not suit everyone). Comfortable lounge with three piece suite, dining suite, coffee table, widescreen colour television with "Freeview" and DVD player. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner. Hot water by immersion heater.
