We offer affordable, quality self-catering seaside holidays, mainly for a week or longer periods but we do also offer bargain short-breaks during March, April, most of May and October from just £75, excluding Easter, May/Day holidays, Spring Bank Holiday and October half-term holiday.

Situated in Caister, Hemsby, Scratby, Winterton, California, Newport and central Great Yarmouth, with all the attractions of a major coastal town just a short drive away, broadland only 6 miles and the fine city of Norwich 20 miles

Our holidays are best suited to family get aways or a quiet relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Our properties are a short walk from all the local friendly pubs, family club houses, amenities and amusement arcades. All our accommodation is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, in fact everything for a super holiday, we even include your bed linen in our chalet holiday homes, however for our bungalows and cottages you will need to bring your bed linen or this can be hired from our hire service, we also offer cots, highchairs, folding chairs, windbreaks etc. Electricity is by coin meter in all accommodation We are only a short bus ride away from the seaside activities found in Great Yarmouth which include the famous Pleasure Beach which boast the oldest wooden roller coaster in Europe and the only one in the UK. Also The Brittania Pier, the host of sea side specials starring many of the UK's current entertainment artists. These shows are so popular they need to be pre-booked.
